Clarification regarding sending the application form through email.
A candidate is generally preferred to submit the Application form with relevant documents to the office manually. But If a candidate find difficulties to reach the office within the stipulated time then he/she can send a scan copy of the duly filled Application form to our college email ID and other documents need not to send by email. He/she has to submit two sets of Xerox copy of all relevant documents including the Application form at the time of Admission.
A candidate’s admission may be rejected / canceled even after selection, if he/she furnish any wrong information in the application form. Be ensure before sending email whether the scan copy of the application form is attached or not. College will not be responsible for any technical error of your mail. All selected candidates have to show the original documents/ certificates to the verifying officer at the time of Admission and have to submit two sets of Xerox copy of all documents/certificates.
How to send the Application form by email
Follow the steps given below to send the form :
01. Scan all three pages of the filled up form.
02. Make a pdf file with all three pages.
03. Send the pdf file attaching with your mail to email id cofeducationmorigaon@gmail.com .
Clarification regarding GU Registration No.
Candidates not having registration number of Gauhati Unuversity or already taken migration certificate from Gauhati University, have to fill up the Sl. No. 15 of the Application form as "A/F".
